Return Policy- Lotus House

We’re here to ensure that your experience is perfect. In some rare instances, you may need some help with a return. Don’t worry! The following information will help you process your return: No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call our toll free number and speak with a customer solutions representative to obtain a RMA ♯ and shipping instructions. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Merchandise

Products and accessories can be returned within 10 days of delivery*, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover handling, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping is not prepaid, rather by you so using the most convenient shipping method available to you. The original shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund.  Opened returns must be I salable condition with original materials and packaging.  Not all items are returnable; Health Care products, Personal Care products (anything that is consumable or applied, used in relationship to the interior or exterior or the body are non-refundable.  All shipments must comply with the shipping carriers’ policies for tracking and claims. This means if a item is suspect to be lost, Lotus House will file an Official Investigation with the carrier and determing upon the findings of the postal service(s)/carrier a claim to the postal service/carrier by Lotus House will be made and a Full Refund made to you.  This process must be followed without exception.

Please note: Since ALL parcels are shipped from Thailand to you, they will pass through your country customs and that may delay deliver.  Generally parcels pass quickly however, at times delays can be 1 maybe 2 weeks and sometimes even longer.  The postal services nor Lotus House have any control over this process, it is your governments function.  Please be patient, we can & do track your order.

Built- to- Order or Specialty Items
There are no returns allowed for products which have been specially built for you or classified at a Specialty Item. These items are not routinely stocked at our warehouse and therefore cannot be returned.

Cancelled Orders
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs and subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged Products
You must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim of the damaged goods. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately.

Suspect Damage
On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate “ Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is less of a hassle.

Obvious Damage
Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please
a) REFUSE DELIVERY
b) CALL US immediately so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.

Defective Products
We encourage you to view your product within 10 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any problems. If you think your product is defective, don’t worry. In most cases it’s a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone.

Terms & Conditions 

Terms & Conditions of sales are based on the funding service used; such as VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, 2CHECKOUT etc.  Lotus House complies with the finiancial venders terms & conditions of all sales.  All payments must be made prior to shipment, Canceling an order can not be done if product has already shipped. Should you wish to cancel an order after shipment, then you must follow the return policy.  Some products can not be return such as, Health Care products, Personal Care products (anything that is consumable or applied, used in relationship to the interior or exterior or the body are non-refundable).  All prices are based on the publicy listed price herein, www.lotus-house.com and any price of said same product of another site is not applicable.   Please feel free to contact Lotus House should you have any questions or concerns.
