Can I order by phone?

What forms of payment do you accept?

How secure is shopping on your site? Is my data protected?
All information provided to Lotus House, Khunsri & White LTD is transmitted using Thawte certified encryption. Thawte is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam - if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address - in this case please contact our Sales Support Team by phone or by chat to check whether we received your order.

Why has my credit card been declined?
One of the most common reasons for orders declining is that the billing address details have been entered incorrectly. Please ensure that you enter in the address to which your bank statements are sent to in the 'billing address' section. For further details of declined payments, please contact your card issuer.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to or for some reason does not authorize payment to Lotus House then you will be notified of this during the checkout process.

How can I track my order/delivery?
When you purchase on Lotus House online you’ll receive an email with an order number. You can use this order number to track your order. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your Online Account. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number. Please see our Delivery Information for more information.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your on line order, please contact Lotus House by telephone or email as soon as possible. Our customer service representatives at Lotus House will be able to advise you the stage of your order. 
We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, if your order cannot be cancelled, when you receive it and are still unhappy with it, simply return it to Lotus House according to our "Return Policy" (conditions apply). Custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent.

I want to know if the product is in stock?
Our stock status on our website is real time. If our website shows the ADD TO CART button next to a product, that means the product is physically in stock and sitting in our warehouse, and ready to be shipped to you immediately. If you see the words "Out of Stock" on our website next to a product, that means the product is not in stock.
